Meet your councillors.

Cllr Marc Bicknell – Marc and his family moved to Marchington in 2017. In his time here he has joined the Village Shop Board as a Director. Marc joined the council in 2019.

Cllr Helen Bullock – Helen moved with her family to Marchington in 2009 she joined the parish Council in May 2019. Helen is a school governor for St Peters First School and regularly helps at junior training at the Cricket Club.

Cllr Darron Hayes – Darron and has lived in Marchington Woodlands for 20 years. Darron joined the council in 2015. Darron is the Financial Officer for the council as well as being the Marchington Woodlands Village Hall representative.

Cllr Julia Hayhurst – Julia moved with her family into the village in 2014 and  was first elected to council in May 2015. Julia woks locally as a Rural Surveyor and has been chair of the council since May 2018.

Cllr Andrew Mann – Andrew has lived in the village for the past 30 years and has been on the Parish Council since 2012. Andrew is also a trustee for Marchington Village Hall and represents their needs on the council.

Cllr Ian Morgan – Ian has been a councillor since May 2015 and has lived in the village for 35 years. Ian supports numerous groups within the village and gives them a voice on the council. Recently he has been instrumental in revitalising the Cricket Club.

Cllr Steve Morris – Steve and his young family moved to Marchington over 7 years ago. Steve has children at St Peters School First School and joined the council in May 2019.

Cllr Paul Nixon – Paul is our longest standing councillor. Paul and his family have lived in Marchington Woodlands since 1986.  Paul is passionate in ensuring the residents of Marchington Woodlands have a voice on the council.

Cllr Thomas Leivers – Tom moved to the village in 2017 and joined the Parish Council in May 2019. Tom lives on Forestside and represents these residents on the council.
